Released in 1993, “Boom! Shake the Room” was the last major hit single from DJ Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince (before Smith started a solo career under his own name). Both this song and the album it came from are considered the hardest Smith ever went (although of course that is a very relative comparison).

This was the second single from their Fifth Album, Code Red.

Not only did it top the UK Charts but also placed 13 in the Billboard Hot 100.
